Xbox One goes to wrong NBC / ABC / CBS on DirecTV

When I tell my Xbox One I want to watch NBC, it takes me to channel 393, which is a blocked version of NBC instead of channel 008. For some reason DirecTV has NBC on 008 and 393 but I don't get access to 393. When I first got my XB1 it used to take me
to channel 008 but now it's taking me to a channel I can't watch.

Anyone else having this issue?

Xbox watch ABC ???

its been months and when I still say Xbox watch abc it still goes to the wrong abc

i have directv philly market

i have reset, choose a different market, I have done everything listed in posts and troubleshooting etc and it still goes to Los Angeles abc

i say Xbox watch cbs it goes to channel 3 - that's philly cbs

i say Xbox watch nbc it goes to channel 10 - that's philly nbc

i say Xbox watch fox it goes to channel 29 - that's Phillis fox

i say Xbox watch abc and it goes to channel 397 which is Los Angeles abc which is not available to me. It should be going to channel 6. wpvi Phillis abs channel.

when will this be fixed?

when will Xbox recognize if I say xbox watch channel 6? It goes to channel 6 or 2 or 4

No thanks. I'll keep my Directv. I need a DVR, can't live without it. Not sure if this is live feeds of those channels or on demand. Plus no network channels (FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS) and those are the channels I watch the most. I have too many shows on Network TV that I watch to not have those channels. Directv is expensive but I love it and is my provider of choice.

support.xbox.com/.../incorrect-channel-numbers. If that does not work, try a different local zip. If that does not work please PM me your TV provider, Zip code, and nature of the issue with an example, please!
