Xbox One goes back to dashboard

Discus and support Xbox One goes back to dashboard in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I initiate any game, i can't even start playing because it goes back to the dashboard after a few seconds.     Xbox One goes back to dashboard


    When I initiate any game, i can't even start playing because it goes back to the dashboard after a few seconds. It doesn't appear any error message.

    YouTube App broken. Tried everything!

    Yes its the Xbox One App, sorry for late reply. It just goes full screen, then goes black, and backs me out to the dashboard

    I am having the same problem. I am on Xbox One and after the update today it just goes back to the dashboard....

    Yes its the Xbox One App, sorry for late reply. It just goes full screen, then goes black, and backs me out to the dashboard

    There was no update and it goes for everything that is from the xbox dash board to any game or app and then back to the dashboard as well.

    First one try to clear your cache:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    And if it not works then post again. We will need then more information (how old is your xbox, any warranty left,

    wired or wlan connection, work your xbox in silence or vibrate/jiggle, if you have open NAT, hard drve or 4gb and so on)
