    Xbox One Glitches


    Hi hope someone can help me.

    My Xbox One is glitching whereby when scroll through the menus rather than going up, down or along to the next one it'll jump by 3, also when I load any games up i.e. Fifa 21 and go to play a match it has complete mind of it's own and has a player dribbling
    without me touching a button, I tried playing Hitman 3 Career Mode and the screen frames seem to go around in circles again all by it's self.....really bloody weird.

    I have done a factory reset and this has still not resolved the issue and I haven't a clue what to do next in order to fix it, the console loads fine and loads games fine but everything else is buggered.

    Would really appreciate the help.
