Xbox One Gears Of War Ultimate Edition Bundle 500GB

Hello My Name Is Tyler, I Purchased the xbox one 500GB gears of war ultimate edition Bundle, I bought it at target in Torrington ct on 11/26/215, after talking to both Microsoft and target multiple times they told me to come here to get help from a rep.
For some reason it did not come with the beta disc that I was promised, also I have not received any of the gears of war Game codes, I am mainly concerned about the gears of war 4 beta, this is the reason I bought the bundle, was to have the gears of war 4
early access beta. If someone from Microsoft can please help me that would be great thank you!

Xbox Gears of War 4 and did not receive xbox 360 collection bonus codes

I purchased Gears of war 4 bundle, and have not received the Xbox 360 entire gears of war collection (playable on xbox one) as described bundle description (for Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4)

We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes by early January!

As for the beta, the Gears of War 4 beta does not come included on a disc. As long as you play Gears of War Ultimate before March 1st 2016 you'll have access to the beta Keep an eye out for further communication for the beta as it gets closer.

 

Thank you Mister Maka for the info however, I have friends who have bought the same bundle as me and got the gears of war 4 beta disc, the whole point of buying the bundle was to get that disc. I have friends who are playing the early access beta as we speak!
I have been a gears of war fan since 2006 when it originally came out and I would really like to play the beta as I was promised can you please help me further!

Sorry for any confusion that this may have caused, but as Mister Maka stated above, the Gears of War Beta does not come on a disc. Continue to watch out for information regarding the release of the beta as well as beta access. Thanks!

 

I understand that but like said before, I have played at my friends house the gears of war 4 beta, I also talked to Microsoft and they said it will either be a hard disc or code that comes with the bundle for EARLY ACCESS to the beta, so please help me thank
you!

If you believe that you are missing content that should have come with your console, you will need to reach out the original purchase retailer, as we are unable to provide content included with console bundles here in the support forums. As previously stated,
