    XBOX One - Gears of War did not come through


    I purchased the Xbox One 500 GB/Go last Sunday and registered my code for the free game of Gears of War. It said it would appear within 24 hours and it has not. I cannot find my promotional card now. Can you help so this game come through. Thank you. Marilyn

    I know. My probleme is that I did not receive the tokens through Xbox Live in-dash message system after one month of redemption!!!!

    I purchased an Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, but it does not get a Gears collection via Xbox One Backward Compatibility.

    I heard that Gears collection is get as a benefit of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
