Xbox-one Gears of War Bundle

I'm sorry but the moderator who wrote back is wrong and locked the question before I could answer with this- I bought this for son for Christmas. It did not come with the game nor did we receive a download link to it. There is no age restriction on my
account so it shouldn't be do to an age issue.

Xbox Gears of War 4 and did not receive xbox 360 collection bonus codes

I purchased Gears of war 4 bundle, and have not received the Xbox 360 entire gears of war collection (playable on xbox one) as described bundle description (for Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4)

I purchased Xbox S Gears of War 4 bundle.

How do I download the rest of the Gears of War collection for free? They are not showing up for free on the Store.
