Xbox One games sounds cuts out when openning the guide

Discus and support Xbox One games sounds cuts out when openning the guide in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when in game or in app whenever i oppen the xbox guide the games/app sound gets muted and it does the same on my mixer stream i dont dislike this...     Xbox One games sounds cuts out when openning the guide


    when in game or in app whenever i oppen the xbox guide the games/app sound gets muted and it does the same on my mixer stream

    i dont dislike this behavior but i would like to be able to set the xbox so the game sound does not get muted when oppenning the guide so that my viewers dont experience sound cuts in game.

    Sound cuts out????

    I'm having similar issue and only on the xbone. I have a 360 and ps3 which are working fine but xbone seems to lose bass signal every 2-3 minutes for half a second. Doesn't sound like much but it's frigging annoying. Happening on both games and blu ray.

    It only started happening since the update on the 5th of march, never happened before that

    Having same issue. Just received replacement unit from MS...same issue. Hoping they can fix this issue.

    Sound cutting out

    Tried on a different TV, only for a short amount of time but seemed to work ok. So now it has to be something to do with the TV or settings on the 360. I'm not convinced about the HDMI sockets being faulty or dusty.

    I'll try altering some settings but if anyone know which I should be altering for sound it would help. Would it only be in the "Audio" section or would the "Display" section have anything to do with it?

    A thought, the other TV is far newer than my current one, could it be something to do with the auto detect on the 360 that doesn't work correctly on my older TV?

    I can try that. I have to let my controller die a little bit as its charged pretty good now. Yesterday morning I was on for maybe an hour and it didn't give me any issues. However my controller was probably pretty charged up from the night before.
    So that's why I am leaning towards a battery issue. Or a low power issue if you will......

    I had to be a bit drastic and swap the TV for another, swapped it with my bedroom TV, went from Panasonic to Samsung, didn't change any setting and sound has been fine ever since.
