Xbox one games keep freezing then crashing after playing a while

Hello can anybody help with this my whenever i play a game for a while but doesn't reach like an hour like fifa 22 and warzone 2 it freezes then crashes and brings me back to the home screen been happening every time i play i already tried many ways to try to fix it already cleaned the xbox fans but as of now nothing really worked

Please try clearing your console's cache by following the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data that restricts you from using your console normally without deleting your games or apps.

Note: Make sure that you know your account logins before doing this step. Also, this will remove all your Home Xbox associations.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll select Reset and keep my games & apps.

im having same problem i spent $100 for the pro edition and it freezes on the 4th mission after the intro and also randomly while playing online... 4 days now and ive barely played the game cuz im tired of the crashing not worth playing if i have to keep
restarting the game and i dont get to finish half the matches!

If you look at the back of the plane while video is playing the game doesn't crash

I tried that and the game still freezes after the plane lands.

I know that, but it doesn't fixed my game.

The update was just for the game crashes which occured ingame while playing. My game starts freezing in the main menu after the Intro when it says "Finding crew ledger"
