Xbox One Games Issue

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

If the issue is happening on 3 different devices, the issue can be with your network connection. Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Just a few more details are need to better assist with this issue. is this happening in game? Is this an issue with the Kinect on Xbox? is this on Xbox 360 or Xbox one?

If this is an in game issue, does this issue occur in one certain game or with all games?

This is the Game DVR logo on Xbox One, you can see this on your Home Dashboard.

This seems to be really common issue. there's lot of discussions about this all over the net, for example (includes more links to epic forums):

My sons have lot of friends who are playing fortnite on ps4. They wanted that we get ps4 too, we had only xbox one s. I bought PC instead, because of many reasons..( I thought they can play duo using pc + our xbox one - and also sometimes join to ps4 games
with PC) I really like how Microsoft is open for cross platform play, also with ps4 - but Sony isn't. I'm really dissapointed to this issue, because my kids wants to play duo, one in PC and another using XBOX one, but seems it's not possible.

I guess I need to buy another PC - or then just sell the xbox and buy ps4 instead.

Microsoft - please fix this. There's no point at all - childs can play with xbox, with another xbox players, but not cross platform. Doesn't make any sense.
