Xbox one Gamerscore Mega deal

Hey has anyone else not received there code for this promotion yet? I logged in to do it today like 4 hours ago and still nothing. I chatted with Harry G. in xbox live chat support about the matter and he told me to post about it here.

and I also noted there were several other posts on the matter unanswered.

Harry G. informed me that at the end of our chat he had submitted a report on the matter and for me to backup that it had been done in the post, so if info is needed by Microsoft support to help deal with the problem look up his report.

I hope this gets resolved soon.

Xbox Gamerscore Mega Deal

My code was sent to an email that is inactive (June 3rd), after I chatted with support they told me to come here and post what happened to get the code sent to my Xbox. I've also ensured that the email is updated.

 

Same here I filled it out Thursday afternoon but still no email.

 

Filled it out on Friday and still no email, support centre did not help at all, half way through the Chat "mack" hung up, very frustrating and unprofessional

 

Glad to see I'm not the only one; also happy to have checked here before going to support; seems like it was an easier path to the same destination

 

Also haven't received my code.
