Xbox one gamerpic watermarked over gameplay

Yeah. That's odd. To confirm, your custom gamerpic was changed successfully to a new one and it's already showing on https://account.xbox.com/Profile ?

And the watermark is still showing you the old gamerpic or the new one?

My suggestion here is to perform a factory reset. There's an option to keep your games and apps. This will remove potentially corrupted data on your console.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

I have changed the pic with the app, and no change in the games.

It’s on every game, it’s the weirdest thing! It’s always been like this, too.





There I managed to get it to attach, if you look you can see the edges of the circle of the gamerpic.

Like, it’s not a huge deal, but it’s sure bizarre!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried changing your custom gamerpic using an Xbox app on mobile so we can see if the watermak on your gameplay is gone or replaced with a new one?

Also, does the watermark show in all of your games?

It’s so weird! It’s my old gamerpic, I did a factory reset, still there. It’s only in games (even 360 games) but not on my home menu.

It’s the most confusing thing to try and find the answer to!

Are you referring to your Xbox One Gamerpic? I'm afraid Xbox 360 Gamerpics do not carry over to the Xbox One and if you have already chosen an Xbox One Gamerpic, there isn't an option to revert back to an Xbox 360 Gamerpic. Thanks for your understanding!
