Xbox One game updates not showing up

Hello everyone,

I have a strange issue happening with my launch model Xbox One. A few weeks ago, I was downloading a few sizeable updates for both Control and Monster Hunter: World. I had to get to bed for the night, so I paused the updates and powered down my console. The
next day when I turned on the console, the updates were nowhere to be found and no other updates would show up in the My Games & Apps section. So far, I have hard-restarted my console, deleted and reinstalled my profile, and factory reset the console. Nothing
has worked, and I find it very hard to believe that there have been no updates to any of my 280 installed games in nearly a month. This is a very strange issue and I can't seem to find anything about it online.

Any ideas? Please help!

Note: I do not have automatic updates enabled. I fully shut down the console every time.

Did you try deleting the full game and re downloading? Have you checked to see if the downloads did download and you haven't noticed?

Game updates seem to always disappear if you don't finish them and turn off your console. They will always be there you just have to launch the game and it will resume downloading. Which means going to the xbox store, clicking on the game if you pinned
it to the dashboard or going through my games and apps to find them.

As I discovered it:

Option "keep games and apps up to date" unchecked - still make possible updates show up in Updates under Games & Apps.

So you can manually start either one showing up.

But for system updates there is a button in settings to activate to check for updates.

It is for CP2077. What file version does it say for you since you have the update downloaded?

Which game is it? Cyberpunk 2077 just had hotfix 1.1 released but I had to start game to commence the 16GB download. The update did not appear in my queue for game updates.
