    Xbox One game telling me its a 360 game


    So have had my xbox one for about 2 years, the game "Call of Duty Black

    OPs 3" is for sure an Xbox One game, it came with the console when I

    bought it and the case is clearly marked. Played it often when I first

    got the console. It has been awhile and just popped in the disc, and im

    getting an error. It says exactly "This game isn't playable here For a

    list of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One, go to

    xbox.com/backcompat.(ox808200c)". Tried searching but can't find anyone

    who has had this problem, all articles relate to trying to play 360

    games on a One.

    I cant download anything HELP!!!

    Sorry I dont know what forum and category to put this in but it was this or games. My problem is I cant download any xbox 360 game free or free avatar stuff it keeps telling me This purchase channel requires a billing account please add a payment instrument
    but for some reason I can buy xbox 360 games, xbox one games and i can buy avatar stuff. I have 2 different cards on my account with money on them. someone please let me know how to fix this its been like this for months now. thanks

    I cant play Destiny, i have an Xbox 360 USB its says "Xbox 360 then sandisk on the back" but every time i try to put the game in it tell me a friend is playing then it will tell me i still need an Xbox 360 USB. whats the problem?
