    Xbox One Game Streaming Over Internet No Longer Working!


    The past 2 weeks I have not been able to stream my games over the internet to my Windows 10 computer. It happened after a update on my xbox one x and I've narrowed everything down to be an issue with the newest software. I've performed a full factory reset
    and made sure my port forwarding was setup correctly and all IP addresses on WAN/LAN are correct. I tested the xbox in 2 different network environments at different locations to verify it isn't an issue with networking. I've also tested it on wireless and
    hardwire connections. I can only stream over LAN now but I can't connect to my xbox over the internet using public IP address. Has anyone else come across this issue recently and found a fix?

    Trust me. They didn’t screw anything up. It was most likely done on purpose as they would rather you buy another console.

    Id hate to be that guy but I also have a ps4 and remote play still wrks flawless over the internet

    so I know my netwrk definitely isnt the issue.

    Guess ill have to rock with my ps4 in the meantime until they fix it...

    I think it has something to do with their update to stream Windows 10 to xbox in the latest xbox patch. I've tested it on my friends xbox and same issue so Microsoft definitely did something in the last update.

    No I tested from 2 different Windows computers fully updated and 1 mac and same issue. I think Microsoft might have screwed something up with their latest update for streaming Windows to xbox.

    I did a soft reset and hard reset and it still didnt fix the issue.
