Xbox one game Spyro reignited trilogy problem to accept terms

Hello,

I have bought a new Spyro Reignited Trilogy xbox one game. The game asks me to accept terms but my remote xbox control LB or RB buttons are not moving the text forward so that I could accept those terms. All the other buttons seem to work fine and LB and
RB buttons from the same remote are working just fine with my other games. I can't now play new Spyro at all.

Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks!

I'd recommend checking out the Spyro Reignited Trilogy. This is the first three Spyro games remastered.

Can you try a different controller to ensure it's not the game?

Have you tried uninstalling the game, then install it again. Sometimes that can help with issues with the controller not working. You could also try a

power cycle, that sometimes helps too.

Per the notation at the bottom of the page you linked about the promotion:

"All players who pre-ordered or purchase the Spyro Reignited Trilogy digitally
on the Microsoft Store by December 1 will receive the Spyro Companion Avatar Prop. Item will be available 7-10 days after the promotion’s end. Promotion ends 12/2/18 at Midnight PST.

As the game was purchased in disc form you would not qualify for the promotion unfortunately.

I remember playing Spyro when I was younger, but haven't tried the Reignited Trilogy. I'll have to check it out!
