Xbox One Game Snooker 19 Multiplayer Not Working On Series X

Hi, Just got an xbox series x last week and bought Snooker 19 (xbox one game) Specifically to play online being it's my favourite game on the playstation platform. However it seems the online mode will not work? I get the same message everytime I try to play online "unable to connect to matchmaking service". Just for information my multiplayer is set up correctly through Game Pass Ultimate and working fine on Horizon 5, I have 280meg download speeds and 26 upload speed and I have tried both wireless and hard wired connection but still nothing and my NAT is open.

Always been a playstation guy, I have snooker 19 on Playstation 5 (PS4 Game) and I have no issue on there it works flawlessly... Thought I'd give xbox a go for the very 1st time and can't say I'm impressed that my favourite game won't work online and you are still selling it in your store?

Can you please tell me how to get this game working online please?

Hi thanks for the reply.

No other game has a problem (only tried 2 at the moment)

Cricket 22 and horizon 5 both work without issue on multiplayer.

Sorry I do not have another Internet to use/try.... But seeing how I've been running PS5 since launch on the same Internet I have now and with the other two xbox games working without issue I really do not think my Internet is the problem here.... The glaring difference is that snooker 19 is an xbox one game while horizon5/cricket22 are both series x.... That seems to be the issue in my opinion. But I will download another xbox one game in the morning to see if that has the same issue.

Can you not try playing snooker 19 multiplayer yourself to see if it works for you?

We have no guides or familiarity with your game, nor does Microsoft have the ability to fix their game. If you have a problem with a game, always go to the developers first as they are best equipped to help you

I've never seen any reports of Xbox One games not working online on Series, can you point me to them please?
