Xbox one game pass

I'm having trouble buying the forza horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 12 month, game-pass bundle. I'm trying to buy using Microsoft store credit but the purchase keeps failing to go through. I thought using the store credit would be the most hassle free?
If the deadline for the bundle passes (in 5 days from this comment) I'll be stuck with the store credit. Any help would be greatly appreciated

All Season Passes bought on 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One

Any season pass you buy on an Xbox 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One when you buy one. Seems a good idea for games like BF4 and CoD Ghosts.

Thanks for the quick response. I managed to buy the 12 month game-pass on the console itself but I haven't gotten the 2 games included in the bundle. No e-mail, no signal of any kind to indicate that the games will be added to my library. I already own Forza
Horizon 3 and I got the game-pass so I could get Forza Motorsport 7. Any advice on how I can go about getting it?. Much appreciated.

 

You should receive a code within 7-10 days but no later than October 21.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, the question being when you should get the game Forza Motorsport 7. The game codes are usually sent out via message center on your console. The codes typically take about 7 business days to arrive.

Hey thanks for the info. My only fear is that after 7 days the bundle will have expired, then when I speak with a customer service agent they might tell me that I should have gotten in touch before the expiration date. Also, how is it that it only took them
a few seconds to take my money but it will take 7 business days to get the game code?? I'm not chiding anyone here, just venting my frustration. I was really looking forward to playing Forza today.

As long as your purchase is confirmed within your order history, items attached to those purchases, such as game entitlements will be received to the account.

This would be a matter of waiting until the item is received. But our support team is there to ensure these items are received.

I can definitely understand where you are coming from.

As mentioned above. you will need to wait the 7-10 days to receive your games, But no longer than October 21st.

Being that you have already completed the purchase even if the
Promotion ends you will still receive the Games. Only time this would affect you is if you attempted to make the purchase After the deadline.
