Xbox one game pass issue - Football manager 2020 Online issue

have you tried contacting the developer of the game to see if they know a fix?

I haven't yet, what would the best way be to contact them about the issue?

I suggest you that reset the specific game by navigating to all programs -> Right Click on FM2020 -> Click More -> App settings -> Try to terminate/reset the game.

Hi there this may be due to a lot of different devices and games servers lagging or not working out right due to high traffic with the covid 19 lockdowns. Also try restarting your xbox by using the controller and also try switching it off and disconnecting
it from the power supply for at least 1 minute and try again. If neither of those options work check to see if there is any news on server or service issues in your area on xbox support or the specific games support forums. I hope this helps and I hope you
are well and safe. I forgot to add if you are on pc do the same do a simple restart and if fails try diconnecting power after powering down for about a minute.

Had the same issue, I fixed it my steps where.

• Start
• right click Footballmanager2020
• more
• app settings
• click "repair" and then "reset"
• restart computer
  
  When the game is open again you will have to manually load game as it will not auto recognize your save files.
