    Xbox One game not working.


    Hi! I have a game that isn't working. The game is skate 3, it's backwards compatible. It doesn't give me a error when I put it in my console, I don't even think it reads. The disc doesn't have any scratches on it. My other games work perfectly fine. What could I do to possibly fix this? (I've had the game since March, it always worked. I don't know why it isn't working now

    All Xbox 360 games work on all Xbox 360s, some of them work on Xbox One and Series

    All Xbox One games work on all Xbox Ones, some 360 games work on Xbox One and virtually all of them work on Series consoles

    Xbox Series games only work on series consoles

    No games will work on Xbox One!!

    If you got a recent update for the console then you're probably in the preview program on it.

    Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Also, please list any error messages or codes you may receive when this happens.

    If you use "instant on" mode, try doing a full reboot of the console. Turn the console on and let it boot to the dashboard, then hold your finger on the power button on the console for about 10 seconds. The console will turn off and the power light on the
    PSU will turn orange instead of white. Then turn it back on and see if everything works OK. The first time you turn it back on after doing that it'll take about a minute to boot up, but following that, subsequent boot ups will be fast again.

    You shouldn't have to use an external hard drive for games to work. The hard drive in the console is a standard 5,400 RPM laptop hard drive just like the vast majority of 2.5" hard drives out there (including the one in the PS4), so while it's not the fastest
    available, it should work just fine.
