    Hi,

    I can play other games, but only the Forza 5 disc won't load, so I need to replace this disc using the game disc replacement program.

    However, after register the console, the online service centre webpage indicates that there is an error and asks to try again, but no success.

    Is xbox one game disc replacement program available in New Zealand right now? Thanks

    Sorry to hear it. Perhaps Forza 5 is not available in the program or there is some other issue. You should contact phone support if you are unable to set up the exchange to find out as only they will be able to help with this.

    If the discs are no longer readable, you practically have no other choice but to replace them yourself (i.e. buy a new one).

    However, if you have the sales receipts of the game, you can possibly take advantage of any available disc replacement policy (varies by publisher of Xbox One games).

    This is the disc replacement program     offered by Microsoft for Microsoft-published Xbox One games.
