Xbox One Game - called 'Awkward'

Hello there. I recently bought the Xbox One Game 'Awkward'. I decided to start it as there's an Achievement for playing on Valentine’s Day, which is next week. I would also like to mention I am a Completionist, and was in the top 5 in the World on Xbox for
Achievement Completion.

My issue here is that the Solo Mode on this Game does not work. I have contacted the Devs and I'm awaiting a response. The Game isn't even that old, and if I can't sort this out, I've lost my title. I've spent years getting to this point, as this hobby is
my passion like it is for many others.

When you Buy a Game, you expect a full experience not half of one.

If there's any Xbox Staff that can help me with this, please let me know.

Hi there,

My best advice is to contact the devs, as you have already done, as Xbox Support
has no control over game content. If you are not happy with the game, and not earned any achievements, it may be worth

considering a refund, if you meet the conditions.

I think I ran across you on TrueAchievements in the past!

Hope things work out in the end. I know there can be nothing more frustrating than a game not working (hello? QA?) or having servers shut down.. o.o

The developers would be the best to deal with this. There does appear to be only one achievement which is play a solo game so unless your achievement record is for 100% completion on games I don't understand how this would dethrone you.

The other modes work, I've earned quite a few Achievements. But it cannot be completed until Solo Mode is back up and running. And ah right, I think I remember actually, I think I helped you on Doom? And thanks I really hope it gets sorted out. Games should
always be able to be fully completed.

Just received this information from a fellow Gamer who heard back from the Devs:

"We're aware of the problem and we're currently in talks with Microsoft to fix it. Something changed at their end and we need their support to get this sorted. We're hoping it will be resolved soon."

And:

Okay, new update: We now know the cause - MS is currently moving over a lot of developers to a new developer website. The developer website is also the place where you control things like server configurations,
store texts, achievement setup, etc. Something has gone wrong when they moved us over, so the certificate that tells an Xbox One that it's fine to get data from the server and display it in Awkward is now invalid. However, Snap Finger Click hasn't been set
up for the new developer site yet, so there's no way for us to change the configuration. MS is working on getting us set up atm, hopefully it will be resolved quickly. FWIW - this issue will impact the stats ticker in the front end menu of It's Quiz Time on
Xbox One.

I just hope there are no false promises here.

What doesn't work exactly? It could be a corrupted install or some kind of bug that's fixable. What's going on when you try to play ?

As mentioned, the Solo Mode does not work at all, which makes all the Solo related Achievements Unobtainable. I've been earning 100% on every Game I play for the last 8 years. So hopefully you can understand why I would want to maintain that. I do not
want to lose my title after all that dedication.
