xbox one game and app freezes then shuts down

Hi. I have been having problems my game and apps open at the same time, I play a game called hitman and I watch YouTube for guides.

I would play the game then I would pause my game and open YouTube without closing the game, then I will re-open the game.

the game would be at a black screen frozen, after 5 seconds I would hear a pop near the Xbox or its power box, then it will turn off my console, sometime it would turn back on ,by its self, or I have to hit the power button, after turning it back on ,its
on the Xbox loading

screen not at the home menu.

please give me instructions how to fix it.

Getting REALLY tired of this...

I get twelve seconds into a game... or almost done... and Mahjong just freezes and shuts down. I have tried completing a single challenge about 8 times this evening. The app simply won't permit me to finish. EVERY time, the app freezes and then shuts itself
down and closes. It's beginning to look like a scam to see how many commercials you can show me. And then, the ads for subscribing - like I would actually PAY anyone for an app that does this sort of stuff! :-(

Hello, My Xbox one s , will sometime freeze and shut down. I do not think it is heat none of the vents are blocked and it sets in a open area. Some times it will stay up and running for hours, while on The TV tuner or games then it shuts down. I can cut
it back on seconds after it shuts down.

is this happening on any game when using Youtube or only on Hitman?

If it's only Hitman then I suggest trying the following steps:

1. Uninstall the game,

2. manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Install something else like a Demo for a game

4. Install Hitman again.

If this happens for all games where Youtube is used, then I suggest trying to Uninstall and Reinstall the Youtube app.

If that doesn't fix anything you can also consider doing a Factory Reset of the console (with keeping games and apps installed) to see if that helps.

This is happening to me as well with FH3. When i switch to youtube and then back to fh3 my console freezes and shuts down.
