    Xbox One game 2K21 PGA TOUR(bought online) does not work


    I bought PGA TOUR 2K21 on my Xbox One through the online store a week ago. The purchase, download and installation went smoothly and then I played the game for over an hour. Since that day every time I select the game to play it, it loads for a minute then
    stops and displays the message "For some reason PGA TOUR 2K21 has taken too long to start. (0x8027025a).

    How do I resolve this so I may play this game I paid for?

    Hi,

    Sorry no. It's not backwards compatible and since EA has now ended their agreement with PGA Tour and work moving over to Xbox 'Scarlett', you won't see this or any of the PGA games become BC.

    However, if Golf is your thing, you can play Rory McIlroy PGA Tour on Xbox One, but it will have to be via disc as like I said earlier, EA's PGA license has ended and you can't buy this game as a download anymore.

    I changed the proffile that was signed in, and the game worked. It kept kicking me to the home screen when i was using my xbox profile, but switched it to my kids xbox profile and I was able to play.

    It still wont let me play with my profile, but at least i can play.

    Ive got the same problem, even tryed port forwarding on router, nothing works, i was told to re install, think its a server problem maybe.
