    Xbox One freezing when logging in?


    I am trying to set up a new Xbox One S console. When I go to sign in it lets me put in my email address and password, but after I hit enter it goes gray for a moment, then to a white screen with a black semicircle (pictured below), where it sits forever.
    The only way to get this screen to go away is to use the Guide button and to back out from there.

    Has anyone experienced this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

    The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

    Could someone help me please?!

    Hey Tele! I have a few more things for you to try! Can you first begin by clearing your console's cache? (How to:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache    ) If that does not resolve your issue, can you try setting up a USB Flash Drive as a Xbox Memory Unit, and then remove your hard drive. With the USB Drive inserted, try recovering the account. Let us know if either
    of these steps help :)
