    Xbox One Freezes


    I'm in the Xbox Insider program. And the dash freezes alot, I reset the console and hard reset the console. And factory reset the console number of times. I don't know what's going on the dash freezes the guide doesn't show up sometimes, and it slow to load.
    I can't even access The report problem because the app freezes. The store won't load gives me an error code and sends me back to the homepage and even the homepage doesn't even load, sometimes just blank or half the items are loaded on the page and it will
    be like that, sometimes for several minutes.

    I own the Day One addition Xbox One had it since launch. Is it the console or is it a software problem? I have plenty of room on the internal hard drive & also external hard drive.

    Xbox One Freezes

    I'm on the alpha preview and haven't had these issues. Try using the console without the external drive and see if that goes away. The only other thing I can think of is perhaps the hard drive in the console is dying.

    Minecraft on xbox one freezing during gameplay.

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.
