XBox One freezes when I connect with XBox App on my PC

    XBox One freezes when I connect with XBox App on my PC


    I have been having problems connecting to my XBox One from my windows 10 computer. To resolve the issue, I have deleted the app and downloaded it again from the Store. I also reset the console as I have done before. Now, when I start the app, everything
    connects. I then get a popup asking if I want to allow XBox to access my microphone. At that point, everything freezes. The controller does not respond. When I go to Task Manager to close the app, nothing happens. The screen goes back to the frozen Xbox screen.
    The only way out is to (1) sign out or (2) power down.

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    Windows 10 Xbox app unable to connect to Xbox

    I'm unable to connect to my Xbox from the Xbox app on my Windows 10 desktop. I'm able to connect from the Xbox app on my iPhone and Surface 3. I've tried resetting the app on my PC. The app lists the Xbox as available but won't connect when I click connect

    Minecraft on xbox one freezing during gameplay.

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.

    I mean the Xbox SmartGlass app on your laptop or PC . I 've read that a xbox 360 controller can be used for xbox one when you connect it to your laptop or PC when you are streaming your Xbox one to your laptop or PC . but It doesn't work.

    You can stream games from the Xbox One to PC using the Xbox app on your PC. It can be a wired Ethernet connection or a wireless connection. Xbox app connects your PC with your Xbox One.

    Hello,

    I've taken these steps and the issue has not resolved. I believe the issue is within the Xbox App, not the console. I can stream from the console to YouTube or Twitch without any issues but encounter freezing and black screens when exiting or entering full screen in the Xbox App when streaming to my PC from the console through the Xbox App.
