[XBOX ONE] Forced onto the Xbox Live Screen on Black Ops Cold War

It’s just with Black Ops Cold War as of now.

I’ll send a few images:



















I’ve also noticed that whenever I turn it back online, it tells me to repurchase BOCW and that it “Failed to host lobby”. This happens whenever I go in a mode but then go out and I think when I go back in a mode again and then go out again.

Also, I’m on disc.

We are glad that you found a way to have the DLC on your laptop or other device.

To address the error message, you are getting. In any case you are known to host a game session with your friends through this game then this error is somehow related to Xbox Network. However, if you do not host any game session this has to be reported to the game support so error message will not hinder you in playing the game in the future.

By the way do you still have issues playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War?

Based on the information you have provided; it seems like you have been able to work around the issue by going offline and then back online. However, you are unable to earn achievements while playing the game.



To help isolate the issue, may I ask if this issue happens with all games or just Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War? Additionally, if you could provide a screenshot of the error message you are receiving, that would be helpful in identifying the problem.



In the meantime, you may want to check your Xbox Network settings to ensure that your console is properly connected to the internet. You can also try clearing your console's cache by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off, unplugging it for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.
