    So if you are having problems and that initial start up is not completing, then I would give the steps here on “I need help with system updates on
    my Xbox One    ” and follow the path that starts with you saying 'I need to troubleshoot a system update error '.

    If that doesn't work, then you might want to replace the console or think about a repair.

    Give that a shot and let us know if that helped with the issue
