Xbox one first connection

Hello to everybody!

My problem consist in first connection and basic setings.

After switch on the console I just selected the language and conected to the internet and that's it. No other progress.

Display with country options in not shown. Instead of it gamepad is apeared again with its zoomed right part and intermitent light of A symbol, and process starts from the very begining with language choosing.

Hope yours advices will be helpfuls.

I just followed the instructiins, and immediately after Step #4 I moved to Step #7 and Xbox starts from the begining again.

What I can do?

Please share yours experiences.

So if you are having problems and that initial start up is not completing, then I would give the steps here on “I need help with system updates on
my Xbox One” and follow the path that starts with you saying 'I need to troubleshoot a system update error '.

If that doesn't work, then you might want to replace the console or think about a repair.

Give that a shot and let us know if that helped with the issue

Did you just purchase this console? If so how long ago if it still within 5 days you could take it back to swap for different one. You can also try a

Offline Update.
