Xbox one: FIFA 19 buyed from Microsoft site and nothing arrived yet

Hi all,

For the first time i have buyed an xbox one game.

Yesterday fifa 19 was come out on the shops and i don't know how can i find my game, or where i can find code to install it on the xbox one.

Anyone can help me?

Bought Xbox one x didn't get a Pubg download code

Hi, 2 days ago I bought the xbox one x and Pubg, fifa 19 and halo wars 2 from the Microsoft site, it has arrived today, but I cannot see a code for the Pubg even though it states it on the side of the box, I also didn't get the 14 day xbox gold trial card
which you usually get.

I've contacted Microsoft, but they told me I need to contact the store where I bought it, when I said from themselves, he didn't really have an answer.

Any help.

Hi! There are two ways:

1) Go to you 'Games & apps' and look for the 'Ready to install' section where all your purchased games are available to download.

2) Search for the game in the Xbox Store and download it from there.

IM AN IDIOT!!!! So it turns out the points arrived on fifa 18 so i guess is there now a way to transfer them over to fifa 19

According to the planned Service Shutdown page on https://www.ea.com/service-updates/a-h FIFA 19 should continue working in 2020.

The only FIFA games to be shut down 2020 are FIFA Street (2012) for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and FIFA Manager 13 for PC.

FIFA 19 is not listed (yet) on that page and should continue to function.
