Xbox One Fifa 16 pre order issues

I pre ordered Fifa 16 for xbox one and i don't get my ea acces code... I already connected to Xbox support... The date when i buy the Fifa 16 pre order edition is 2015.09.15 Please send me a new code!

Hey there, iBalassa! Can you check again what date you purchased the game on. Head over to
commerce.microsoft.com and look at your Purchase History. From there, you should be able to see the purchase date. Get back to me with that and we'll continue from there.

 

Oh sorry i write it wrong! I bought the game at 2015.09.25! But i bought the pre order edition so i should get my ea acces code!

 

Unfortunately, even though you bought the pre-order edition, this promotion ended on 9/22/2015 when the game was released. The pre-order edition was up for a few more days after that so that other users can take advantage of in-game bonuses, but the EA Access
promotion itself was not part of the in-game bonuses and ended the day of release.
