Xbox One Fifa 15 Bundle £50 Back as Xbox Currency not received...

I saw a promotion on the xbox 360 dashboard a few weeks ago it said if I buy the xbox one fifa 15 bundle before the 10th of october I will receive £50 back to use on the xbox marketplace. So i bought the bundle on the 9th and have waited and waited but have
not received it.Please can you sort this please as I only bought the console as I was sure i would get this offer.

Didn't recieve my £50 for pre ordering FIFA 15 and xbox one bundle.

Received the xbox one with fifa 15 bundle on the 26th September yet haven't received the £50 that i am entitled to

 

£50 xbox credits when buying the xbox one fifa 15 bundle?

almost 3 weeks ago I saw a deal on the xbox 360 dashboard stating that when you buy the xbox one fifa 15 bundle between the dates of 26th of september and the 10th of october, you would receive £50 xbox credits once receiving the xbox one. I purchased the
xbox one fifa 15 bundle from the microsoft website and on the 29th of september which is in the deals dates. However I have not yet received the £50 xbox credits or even any confirmation of receiving this in the near future. Can anyone explain to me why I
have not yet received the £50 xbox credits.

You should give it one more day just to be sure.

In the meantime please keep an eye on your email associated with your gamertag or the message center on the console just in case the code comes to either place.

 

I have had the same issue! And I know many others as well, I don't know about you but I'm not happy at all

 

Still haven't received any email or any message regarding this.If someone from support could read this and help me out with this so it can be resolved that would be great thank you.

 

Extremely poor customer service. 6 days now - not sure of all of the small print but I will certainly be looking into it. Can't see how this can be acceptable for such a large company.

If we held back a payment for a week there would be repercussions!

Hi I too have had the same problem, all of my friends have been given this voucher and we all bought the xbox one fifa15 bundle at the same time but I haven't been given the voucher
