Xbox one (fat) updating problem

I'm trying to update xbox one (fat) to the latest version.

I start the update (550mb), download without problem, go to the second stage (checking), after that, instead of the xbox restart and begins the tird and last stage, it just turns off, and when it turn on, return to the update's initial screen.

And stays in a loop.

Current version 10.0.18 (the newest one before the last update)

Estou tentando atualizar o xbox one (fat) para a versão mais recente.

Inicio a atualização (550mb), baixa normalmente, vai ate a segunda etapa (verificando), depois disso, ao invés do xbox reiniciar ele simplesmente desliga, e quando liga novamente volta pra tela inicial da atualização.

E fica em um loop.

Versão atual 10.0.18 (a mais nova antes da ultima atualização)

It seems that some Xbox One "fat" models have problems with the latest update.

It's one of the fat ones. About 3 years old now.
