    Xbox one fan workin but not turinin on


    Hi, I have this issue of whe I plug my xbox one in the xbox one fan turns on at high speed and doesnt respond to the turn on button thingy I am confused on what to do I was playing a game and then the xbox one suddenly turned off and then the issue started
    to occur I hard reset it but it still doesnt work please help if you hav the time

    wont le me download red dead!

    i am trying to download red dead redemtion on to me xbox one as its a awesome game but when i do it tells me theres a glitch and wont let me ive tried on the smartglass app too and thats not workin too. any one got any ideas to help? thanks
