    Can you clarify on if you purchased the game digitally or did you purchase a physical copy of the game? If you purchased a physical copy of the game the codes should have been included in the case.

    I did purchase a physical copy from BestBuy. I found the code and entered it and it keeps bringing up the following error. "Xbos-0x80150017-81a59d3e-acbd-4956-94f7-8352f1ffd9a9-2015/12/04 - 23:19:01 UTC. Thx.
