    Xbox One factory reset itself randomly and game pass isn’t being spread to other accounts


    I turned on my Xbox today and I was brought back to the screen you first see when you turn on a brand new Xbox. I had to add the profiles again but I got everything back. I had unplugged the Xbox last time I used it which I normally do if I know I won’t use it for a while. Now, my game pass isn’t passing on to my brother’s account anymore. I have my profile set to this is my home Xbox. Can someone help me?

    there isn’t an active box. there are disable, allow, or deny boxes though. my xbox was connected to the internet fine then the xbox randomly turned itself off and it won’t connect. i’ve reset the wifi and everything.

    I’ve had this same issue for going on three weeks now with no solution. I even factory reset my Xbox to no avail, the issue persists. It seems like it’s not a wide spread issue, few people have it, so feels like Xbox isn’t going to bother with finding a fix for this, pretty frustrating.
