Xbox one error: "You'll need Internet for this"

Since i got my xbox one years ago (first generation), i've never had problems while signing in into my "gamertag"(xbox live gold). In fact, every time i turned on my xbox it would log in automatically, without even having to do anything at all.

Until a couple of weeks ago, everytime I turn my xbox one on, it pops up the "hold xbox button to sign in" kind of thing. When i attempt to sign in manually into my xbox live gold, it shows this error: "You'll need internet for this. It
doesn't look like you're connected to the internet. Please check your connection and try again.0x800704cf". When i check my conection, it's perfect (mostly with moderate NAT type, although i play just fine with
no lag). When i test it, it even says "your console is conected to the Internet". Yet, it wont let me sign in. Usually it works out when I reset my console with the 5-10 second hold on the xbox power button on the console. But i have to do this literally everytime
i turn on my xbox and its getting really frustrating. Any ideas on how to permanently fix this?

Hi SebasRamírez,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Xbox. I would say if you have been performing resets/power cycles then your
next step would be to consider a ‘soft’ reset of your console to factory defaults. Make sure you choose the Reset
and keep my games & apps option and save any local data as it will be deleted.

Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your console is having a hard time connecting to your wireless network while your other devices are working fine. Go ahead and run a connection test by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

If you receive and error message, follow the corresponding troubleshooting on our

Thank you for your reply but I can't connect the controller so I can t do anything beacuse, it still flashing a lot and when it connects as last time just few buttons work and the movements are locked or moving randomly as last time.

Maybe it solve by itself like the last time but it still not normal this
