Xbox One error PBR9000 help

Hi guys, I'm having a problem when i try to buy the Titanfall: Expedition DLC. It keeps saying that I've spent my daily limit and to buy it tomorrow. I keep on trying the next day but it just says it again. I've been trying to buy the Expedition DLC for
about a week now.

The error code is PBR9000

I'm getting the same problem too this type of crap hasn't happen with any of my other sony consoles phoned them up still getting the problem i dont get this crap with my ps4 . Phone microsoft up tell them what is happening then the waiting game begins for
an email to say they have fixed your account i could take up to 3 days to get a reply

Hi, I think it is a country error code. Worth checking that your account and email address linked to your account have the same country. Might also get error if your purchasing from the US site etc and have changed from uk etc. hope this is some help.

 

YO exact thing been happening t me for the past week im trying to get the call of duty advanced warfare havoc dlc pack and it keeps telling me buy this tomorrow error code PBR9000 can somebody please help me out so i can play my zombie mode
