Due to the current connection you have I know campus's have certain restrictions etc. If you are unable to update successfully, I suggest doing the same as you have in past or even go to any place off campus to update.

None of them work, and i cant send it back as the roiginal repair is still open, so it will only let me raise a repair for an accessory

agent just called, but as it was 20:01 and they close at 20:00 cut the call off
