Xbox one error code with Valhalla on disc

I recently got AC Valhalla on disc, and I downloaded the game, but it wouldn't play, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I am now getting the error code 0x87de272b, I've tried power cycle (Holding Xbox button for 10 seconds, and unplugging for 30 seconds) and that hasn't worked. But now I'm not getting this error code. when I start the game I'll have a black screen then my Xbox light will flash twice then I will be returned to the Xbox home screen. I have also cleared the alternate MAC address. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

In this case, our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:
Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Same here. Have had the problem/code repeatedly, as well as other issues loading game. Xbox Series X, fully updated. AC Valhalla on disc, fully updated. Tried restarting console, power cycling console, no good. The other issue I have repeatedly is that it will get to the screen showing the save symbol then drop me back to the Xbox dashboard. I’ve fixed it in the past sometimes by loading and playing another game that uses a disc, then when I go back to Valhalla it works, but not this time. Now nothing let’s me past the code.

Can you go to settings, Network and pit your console in offline mide and then try to play from disc?

And there may be problem with the disc itself. As per the support page for the error code you shared it says Xbox was unable to read from the disc. Are the discs in bad condition? https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/errors/error-code-0x80820002

0x803F8001, would you happen to own the game on disc? If you’re playing a disc-based game, insert the game disc into the Xbox console. If the disc is already inserted, see
Troubleshoot problems playing a disc on Xbox One. If you happen to have bought the game digitally, then please make sure that you are signed into
the same profile used for the initial purchase.
