    Xbox One - Error Code with all 0s


    Help! I did a multiplayer connection test, as no apps responded, and it gave me error code 0x00000000000000. Did a power cycle, now it's just a black screen. Any way to solve this, or is it a lost cause, and I have to send it back?

    That's not the same error code as mine. The one I got had three 0s at the end.

    Im sorry but I dont remember for sure which one it was. im pretty sure it was all 0s but I got that error the first time I tried to install it.

    glad i could help provide some info. if you want to search for it online, the 4 lights are considered 0s so the error code would actually be shown as 0011.
