Xbox One error code: Something went wrong

Was on Xbox store trying to redeem my 3month xbox live card bought at GameStop and I've tried 4 times and every time it says something went wrong and it recognizes the card for what it is it just wont take it I been tried using the code on xbox.com and
it still does the same thing

Error 0x800706ba after boot

After booting my Xbox One from instant-on, I was greeted with an error message. 'Something went wrong", error code 0x800706ba. Also going to settings resulted in this.

Unable to access Game DVR app from Xbox One. Loading hangs up and eventually results in error message "Something Went Wrong" with error code below:

I too sent my x-box in for repair and had problems at first. But for a better understanding, you need screenshots or at least a description of the problem so you can get help.
