    Greets.

    My XboxONE is not working. Game loading times take forever. Results in fail to run giving Error Code 0x8027025A. I own over 500 games, and I cannot run a single one now. The menu navigation system from one menu pane to the next tends to lag horribly.

    This started over a week back after the last update. Xbox One Error Code 0x8027025 - Menus lagging Connection issues :(

    I can still login (so it's not a credentials server issue). Games downloading works fine (not a license server issue). Netflix and Amazon videos work (Not a connection/network issue).

    I have reset the cache, reset the MAC address, changed the port, reset my router, cleaned storage, uninstalled the apps/games, reset Xbox One to factory settings, and reinstalled the games/apps. Still not working.

    (1) The Xbox One is now out of warranty - so Microsoft online forms wont let me service it (I'm willing to pay for it). So how do I repair it??? Xbox One Error Code 0x8027025 - Menus lagging Connection issues :(

    (2) Perhaps a new XBox update will fix it. Does anyone know WHEN the next update is due?

    did you try accessing the game on a different account (while having the xbox one set up as the home console) and have you tried installing the game onto a external hard drive?

    There are a few issue pertaining to this.

    One is to make sure your region listed is correct.

    Second is that as the beta is ending MS is converting to local currency, as most Beta testers have already been converted. So the issue might be that. The conversion might be causing issues in your area.

    Third is that there might be a lag issue due to the update. If you live in a heavy populated area with many xbox users while trying to access the marketplace. The issue might be lag, causing your connection to time out due to packet loss. As a result the
    secure server will dump the connection causing the error (cannot not connect or the marketplace is unavailable) or error code. If the purchase hangs and does not process, it is likely a server lag issue due to the update. In that case just try at a later time,
    not primetime.

    Same here, once it happens nothing can be started. The only solution is to shut down the console and removing power for some seconds. Just rebooting the console or switching it off and on again (energy saving power profile active) doesn't help.

    Curious: this happens only when the console is idle for some time, regardless if an app or game is started or not. If I keep playing, the problem doesn't come up. I've opened a ticket at MS and requested an adavanced exchange but I fear that that's a software
    problem...
