eu comprei o jogo call of duty modern warfare no dia 02/12/2019. fui jogando tranquilo, quando foi na Quarta(11/02/2019) meu amigo , com quem compartilho a conta relatou que não estava conseguindo iniciar o cod, eu então fui tentar iniciar, e o erro aparece
mas porque? na loja consta que eu comprei o jogo, o cod está na minha blibioteca de jogos comprados, porém quando tento iniciar o jogo o erro 0x803f8001 isso não deveria acontecer, comprei o jogo na minha conta, midia digital e não consigo jogar ele, Obs:
outros jogos que tenho em minha conta funcionam normal , somente o cod que não

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to launch a game.

Considering that this is the only title that is causing this, I would first suggest attempting to

remove your account and re-add it. It is highly recommended that you use a
power cycle on your console prior to re-adding your account.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

At this point, I would recommend using a soft
factory reset on your console. I recommend using the option Reset and keep my games & apps to get you back to gaming as quickly as possible.

Then attempt to
designate your Home Xbox and see if this allows you to be able to launch the game this time.
