    So basically I got my xbox one account hacked and I was wondering if I should do the recover form. The hacker changed the email but when i got to log into microsoft I see the original email but when I click on it it asks for a password which I dont know but it is also saying a different email. When i do the recovery form should I put the hackers email thats linked to that account?

    Will I be able to get it back this way because the form asks for proof which I give them the original username and then it asks for the credit card that made purchased on the account only the last 4 digits. Will the hacker be able to get the card?

    I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.

    Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

    All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).

    If your email has been hacked and taken over without permission, you need to contact the email provider about it.

    An xbox account can't actually be hacked without you giving out personal information, but if it is the parental XBOX account that was hacked, you need to call support and open an unauthorized access claim.
