    Hey microsoft,

    I am pretty upset with your elite controller, I have had your elite controller for exactly 6 months and the left bumper broke while I was playing. When I called in to the call center to find out what I can do to get it replaced I was told
    that I had to buy a new one!!

    We spend between $150 US or $180 CDN to get a top of the line controller and you use plastic for the bumpers instead of metal like everything else on the controller and then you
    only put a 90 DAY WARRANTY on it!!! That's ridiculous. You have so many replaceable parts on this controller why would you not make the bumpers replaceable?????
    I would really like to see a one year warranty on the controller, it's not that big of a deal when you look at how much money you make off the controller anyways.

    With that said, I am a xbox fan and would just like my controller fixed or replaced due to crappy manufacturing, i really enjoy the controller other than the left bumper breaking!!!

    Xbox One S - a few steps forward but many backward (vs Xbox Elite)

    Xbox one s IS compatible with Xbox one elite controller so if you don't like the Xbox one s then use the elite controller.

    I bought 2 Elite and both left bumpers broke about 6 months into owning them...Really hope they make a better controller. $300 and now i have 2 broken controllers. What a joke!

    I have had my elite controller for 2 year with out a problem. I am looking for another one myself for a second controller. I would even like to try to find some broken controller to see if I can learn to repair them So if anyones interested in getting
    rid of theirs I would like tot take them off their hands
