    Xbox one elite controller troubles


    Good afternoon,

    On october 2016 I buyed directly from microsoft store a gears of war elite controller. Today the LB button has stopped working and I cannot contact technical support. Any time I try to get support i need to enter the serial number of a console I don't have,
    because I buyed the controller alone.

    I need a mail or some way to contact microsoft about the guarantee of this controller.

    I'm having trouble with my Xbox one elite controller I'm not sure where to put this comment coz it don' come up anywhere about Xbox one elite controller but when I play a game my RD trigger keeps clicking every ime I press the button it clicks 3 times it
    sounds like it' catching something and I don' know what to do?

    Sorry you're having trouble with your Xbox One Elite Controller.

    If you power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it completely powers off, are you able to power it back on with your controller?
