Xbox One Elite Controller - registration

Hi,

I have bought a xbox one elite controller last may for my PC. I want to register it to gain access to support (left trigger making more and more noise). But each time I tried, the site says there is an error, try again in a few minutes. I try to contact
the support using tchat but no answer.

What can I do ?

support.xbox.com/.../warranty-and-registration-faq and I cannot find a way to extend a warranty online? I have no device registered by Xbox yet.

I want a replacement of My Xbox Elite controller but I cannot register

it on your website because I do not have any Xbox console as I am using

the controller on PC.
