Xbox one elite controller paddles?

Seems that i have lost my one set or one side of paddles from my xbox one elite controller, is there a place that i can purchase them? I've search and googled it and can't seem to find any info. I seen someone one eBay with just the paddles and accessories
for sale but it was right when they first come out, I'm sure there is someone out there that are not using them and would sell them but i wanted to see if anyone has any info on this

yes I've tried this but when i try to enter in the Serial number it won't let me enter the whole number to be able to register it to find parts

Sorry to answer only now... What browser do you use ? I have not done all the process but i was unable to navigate correctly using Chrome... May be the fact you don't manage entering your Serial is another issue... In that case if you can't to use the website
you should call the support it will surely help you about everything concerning Elite controller (if you haven't call yet for all this time ^_^)

To be very, very clear, the problem is that the newest firmware updates to Xbox elite 2 controller has broken the functionality of the paddles. As of the latest firmware, the paddles are completely disabled when in default profile. The paddles used to work in default mode, and now they don't. Steam can corroborate this: last year Steam added functionality to customize the outputs of the elite controllers paddles, which means that the paddles used to output a unique signal instead on only emulating other controller buttons.

A quick internet search reveals numerous accounts from users who had used steam to customize the paddle outputs, proving that the paddles used to work. You can also see a growing number of recent complaints from Elite controller users who are realizing that their paddle inputs are now broken. This is not an isolated occurrence, the elite controller was broken by the latest firmware updates, and people are realizing it.

The changes made to the Xbox elite 2 Controller paddles in the latest firmware updates NEED TO BE REVERTED.

In order to find the removable parts to buy for an Elite controller you have to register your Xbox One and then register your Elite Controller under the accessories tab for your Xbox One.

I have yet to call about getting replacement paddles, but I will REFUSE to buy replacement paddles for something that I received defective. Microsoft needs to suck it up and supply replacements especially since demand is high for the controller and they
are hard to find in stock anywhere.

I can confirm that the Xbox Elite 2 controller has issues with conducting electricity through the paddles.

I am getting shocked as well.

The Xbox Elite 2 controller needs to be recalled immediately.

Some sellers on eBay have started to split up the accessories pack and sell the different parts separately. I bough the paddles and ONLY the paddles here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Pack-Upgrade-Durability-Metal-Paddles-For-Xbox-One-Elite-2-Controller-Gamepad/401996797637.
MUCH cheaper than buying the whole accessories pack just for one of the parts.
