    Just received my Xbox One Elite, I ordered this from the MS store last week,

    Very fast shipping -less than one week from ordering.

    But I notice that this Parcel was shipped from
    Microsoft Return Center,(Texas) I haven't open the package because I'm concerned it's refurbished or a returned item.

    I ordered New. Did your Xbox's ship from a Return center?

    I have talked on Phone, Chat with Microsoft support- they were clueless.

    I asked if New items are shipped from return centers--They didn't even know what Refurbished meant.

    Check the inventory sheet that came with your order.

    If it says "XBox ONE Elite Bundle" you should be fine.

    If it says "return" then I'd be worried.

    You have proof of purchase so don't panic. Just check what they sent you.

    how are you going to know unless you open it, open it then worry if its a return.

    The returns center could just be where they sold their stock, it makes sense.

    Stop it with the "my xbox has a virus" stuff. There is no way for your Xbox to contract a virus. You were told this in the other thread you posted about this.
